Coming on October 7th is the new book, ‘John Lennon: The Collected Artwork.’

The press release for the 264-page book claims that the new compilation "offers a visually captivating history of Lennon's art, including more than 200 images and featuring 25 never-before-published pieces from the archives of Yoko Ono. Often surreal and extremely vibrant, Lennon's drawings were widely considered some of the finest interpretive art of the era."

Among the legendary and infamous pieces featured in the book are Lennon’s 1969 "Bag One" series of sketches, which has often been banned due to its eroticism, and is now is part of the permanent collection of Manhattan’s Museum of Modern Art.
